Bags – CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”, and/or small clutch bags (6" x 9"). The small clutch bags don’t need to be clear. Medical bags may be larger, but we still recommend keeping things to a minimum for a quicker security process.

Blankets

Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses

Food – in a clear, 1-gallon ziploc bag

Medication – with prescription documentation and a matching a valid photo ID. Only the amount of medication/number of doses required for the length of the event will be permitted in. Breast pumping equipment is permitted in a separate medical bag.

Poster Tubes – will be searched upon entry.

Signs – up to 8.5 x 11 inches (this is the size of a standard piece of paper). All signs must be appropriate in nature.

Sunscreen & bug spray – non-aerosol only, please

Water – up to 1 gallon in a factory sealed or empty plastic reusable bottle. Camelback hydration packs and metal bottles are not permitted.

To make entry as quick as possible, we only allow CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags (no bigger than 12” x 6” x 12”), and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). The small clutch bags don’t need to be clear. We don’t allow any other type of bag.

Yes, your bag will be searched when you enter. You have the right to refuse a bag search, and we have the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that aren’t allowed in the venue, put them back in your vehicle.

Sure thing! You may bring any necessary prescription medication in a separate medical bag - this bag does not need to be clear, but it will be subject to additional search. Please bring prescription documentation and a matching a valid photo ID. Only the amount of medication/number of doses required for the length of the event will be permitted in.

Breast pumping equipment is permitted into the venue but must be in a separate bag and subject to a medical bag check. This bag does not need to be clear.

Nope. We don’t do in-and-outs, so make sure not to leave unless you’re definitely done enjoying the show.

If we have to evacuate the venue for severe weather, you'll be allowed to re-enter if/when we're given the all clear. Be sure to have your ticket ready to be re-scanned.

If you’re still at the event, you can visit our Guest Service Kiosk located at the VIP club or our Guest Services Office located at the main gate to see if it has been turned in. After an event, please visit our virtual lost and found HERE or give us a call at 312-288-3190.

Yes, as long as it’s a personal point-and-shoot camera, or on your cellphone. You can’t bring a professional camera or a camera with detachable lenses, without a valid media pass.

We're an all-ages venue, so we don't require you to show your ID at the door. But you'll still need a valid ID if you plan on drinking alcohol.

Any of these will work:

A state-issued ID or driver’s license

Current US Government or military ID

An official passport

We take underage drinking seriously, and if you don’t have an ID that proves you’re 21 or older, you won’t be able to buy, drink, or carry alcohol in the venue. If you break these rules, you will be removed from the amphitheater. And no, you won’t get a refund.

All of our events are all ages. Children 24 months and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap. Also, please make sure your kids have ear protection.

You can’t get a refund, but you can sell your tickets to another fan via your Live Nation account. Click here to find out more.

If your show was canceled, you'll be notified ASAP about a potential reschedule. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located right outside the main gates. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.

Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.

If tickets or passes are being left for you, they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event close to doors so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in will call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.

You’ll have to talk to wherever you bought the tickets from to change ownership. If you’re a radio contest winner, guest of someone in the band, or a VIP, touch base with your original contact and they’ll talk to us about any changes.

Yes, but only in the plazas and lawn (when the lawn is open). We ask that you consider the people around you when smoking, and don’t smoke in the reserved seating areas.

Our lawn is normally closed, but we do occasionally open it up for expanded shows. The lawn is always first come, first served. You might see a row or seat number on your lawn ticket – this is just for tracking purposes.

Sorry, no outside chairs of any kind are permitted.

No can do! The parking lots around our venue are public lots and they have a strict no tailgating policy before concerts. Please wait until you're inside the venue to party.

The drop-off location will be near the Adler Planetarium.

Rideshare pick-up is located on McFetridge in front of the Field Museum.

For Expanded Lawn Shows, both drop-off and pick-up will be located at the Field Museum.

The venue has a variety of delicious food and beverage options available for purchase.  Please note that items and pricing are subject to change from event to event.
